Stakeholder Relations Manager, New England

Imagine a future where you play a leading role in organizing communities to take an active role in New England's green energy transition

Join us in this role where you’ll promote the organization’s interests by maintaining positive working relationships and engaging day-to-day with state and local organizations, universities, businesses, government agencies, and other key stakeholders in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Welcome to Corporate Affairs

You’ll be part of New England Government Affairs and Market Strategy where you, together with your colleagues, will support the development, construction, and operations of Revolution Wind and future projects in the region. You’ll be collaborating with colleagues in government and regulatory affairs, communications and branding, permitting, environmental affairs, marine affairs, supply chain, workforce development, labor relations, and tribal relations. As a team, we collaborate in a dynamic, positive, and supportive work environment to create a world that runs entirely on green energy.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and managing stakeholder engagement campaigns for future development projects, with an emphasis on galvanizing community-level support in strategic geographic areas and with key constituencies
  • managing community grants and partnerships
  • supporting the organization’s public meetings, events, and speaking opportunities.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have substantial experience in environmental, climate, and/or energy-related advocacy
  • have experience working with environmental NGOs, community organizations, and government
  • can work independently and with a wide range of stakeholders
  • possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • can travel for work regularly to Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
