In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our creative campaigns (with an emphasis on video), providing insights that drive strategic decisions regarding brand perception, and optimizing future marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure our creative initiatives meet business objectives and resonate with our target audience.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:• Manages the in-market measurement and optimization of Marketing’s mass media video creative, focusing on perceptions of the brand, our products and offerings.• Leverage expertise from media analytics and creative performance to provide holistic solutions to campaign measurement gaps• Works closely with Creative Strategy to evaluate campaign performance, rotation direction and ways to optimize the campaign post-launch.• Connect with Strategy and Analytic partners to understand Brand measurement and implications for creative• Functions with highest level of autonomy and works within broad limits and authority on highly complex assignments requiring specialized knowledge• Gathers insights from measurement data sources and provides quick turn, actionable learnings to inform current and future campaigns• Demonstrates change agility and champions continuous improvement initiatives• Leverages broad scope and depth of knowledge in industry, company issues, competitive environment, business and area specific needs to lead, manage, and complete assignments• Applies strategic business focus in all aspects of work• Prioritizes and aligns project / initiative work based upon analysis of business needs• Demonstrates leadership behaviors in all aspects of work• Recognized as a trusted consultant in area of expertise, providing support for issue resolution• Helps others recognize and consider enterprise-wide impacts in completion of work assignments• Leads high impact strategic work• Creating a process for informing creative rotations in upper and mid-funnel• Serve as a creative POV in working with Campaign Analytics & Reporting, and• Marketing Science teams in relation to creative rotation data questions and response curve use, and provide requirements for creative insight dashboard needs.Items of Note:• Responsible for the handling and maintenance of confidential and highly sensitive information• Involvement in company approved educational programs as applicable for continued development• May require travel via commercial transportation or motor vehicles• May, on occasion, work irregular hours, including weekends/holidaysQualificationsThe right candidate will have the following skills/experience:• Understands the tools and platforms that provide media and creative level performance insights• Understands various qualitative and quantitative creative testing methodologies, their strengths and weaknesses• Understands the relationship between creative and media• Good creative intuition• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Adept at rational decision making• Strong written and verbal communication• Deck building and presentation skills• Organization, attention to detail, deadline-driven• Experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team.• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms.• Familiarity with consumer insights and market research techniques.• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau• Background in media
