Statsig is looking for a highly motivated, scrappy, and collaborative Scaled Account Management Program Manager. This job is for the select individuals who are incredibly passionate about building systems to grow and scale the onboarding, lifecycle management, and renewals of existing customers. You’ll partner with our Account Management and Enterprise Engineering teams to drive customer satisfaction and health, and improve efficiency of commercial-related tasks. As our first Scaled Account Management Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and define the Account Management function while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is for someone who is looking to drive huge impact on revenue for the business.
Who We Are
Statsig is looking for a Program Manager who lives the Statsig values and has demonstrated a successful track record scaling Customer Success / Account Management functions. They also have:
Proven track record as a high performing project and program manager building systems from the ground up for internal stakeholder and customers, including experience building data driven programs and automations (4+ years of experience).
Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
Experience in net new or expansion sales, revenue driven account management, or customer success roles is a plus.
Familiarity with software development processes and consumption-based pricing is a plus.
Experience driving, tracking, and reporting progress against roadmaps and key performance indicators.
Ability to facilitate the flow of information between stakeholders and create consensus around a vision, priorities, and decisions.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Success in varying degrees of ambiguity, embracing flexibility to adjust to top line company priority shifts. They are self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week from our Bellevue, WA office.
What You'll Do
Program Management:
Help define the roadmap to build a Scaled Account Management program from the ground up, by learning from existing teammates, and leaning into the Account Management function, finding inefficiencies, capability gaps, and opportunities for the team.
Manage the ambiguity of competing priorities and varying levels of bandwidth from internal partners, while maintaining a high level of organization to push initiatives forward and report out on progress.
Cross Team Coordination:
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical internal partners across Sales, Business Operations, Marketing, Data Science, and Product and Engineering teams.
Articulate the Account Management team’s prioritization clearly to internal partners, advocating for the team’s goals and timing requirements, and ensuring an equitable balance of prioritization for timely task completion.
Customer Relationship Management:
Lean into the management of the existing customer base, including onboarding, relationship management, and renewal cycles, to build an understanding of the pain points of internal stakeholders and customers alike.
Influence the Account Management team’s roadmap to create world class systems, processes, and plays.
Provide subject matter expertise from your experience building scaled Account Management / Customer Success programs, and iterate on your perspectives with new learnings.
Pay: The current salary range for this role is $100k-130k base + bonus + equity + benefits
