Who you are:
As Stay AI’s Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the CMO and play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. You will have experience in the DTC industry and a passion for social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and event management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our growth.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers
Plan, script, and produce high-quality video content for various marketing campaigns
Coordinate and manage the production of any podcasts our founders participate in
Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the DTC space
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and credibility
Assist in planning and executing events, including trade shows, dinners, and webinars
Track and report on metrics monthly and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance
What You’ll Bring:
1-2 years of experience in marketing for B2B solutions in the e-commerce and digital marketing space
Proficiency with Hubspot, Figma, Canva, and WordPress
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, visual, and written) with an eye for quality, creativity, and attention to detail
The ability to work individually (and remotely) and collaborate within a team environment to achieve your goals
You are adaptable to change and have comfort with ambiguity at an early stage startup
