Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing

1upHealth is looking for a growth-oriented, metrics-driven Senior Manager of Growth Marketing. The ideal candidate will lead demand generation strategies, optimize performance metrics, and manage multi-channel campaigns in the healthcare industry.

Skills

Experience in demand generation or digital marketing in B2B SaaS industry
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in event management and optimization

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies for lead acquisition and revenue generation
Optimize key performance metrics related to Marketing Qualified Leads
Lead and manage cross-functional execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize event strategy for maximum brand visibility and lead generation
Write high-impact copy for marketing campaigns across various channels

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred
