Engineering Manager, Developer Experience
Stellar Development Foundation is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of the Developer Toolchain for the Smart Contracts platform with a focus on creating equitable access to the global financial system.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Rust, React, TypeScript
- Strong experience in Scrum/Agile methodology
- Product-driven approach to software development
Responsibilities
- Help define feature strategy for Stellar’s developer ecosystem
- Plan and execute sprints, track progress, and oversee day-to-day decisions
- Mentor and grow team members
- Support open-source contributions to projects under the DevX umbrella
Education
- BS, MS, and/or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
