- Communicate and share designs regularly to collect and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders
- Have an active role in the full product lifecycle from inception to implementation

- You have proven experience in designing and shipping end-to-end user flows accounting for multiple scenarios and edge cases
- You have 3+ years of experience designing SaaS or digital products with a strong portfolio in UI/UX design, alongside collaborating with Engineering and Product teams
- You have creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to empathize and build the best solutions for users
- You are highly reliable, attentive, organized with excellent attention to detail
- You have the ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively across all functions and levels
- You are a self-starter with effective time management in remote working environments; a "can-do" attitude is a must!
- You enjoy the beauty of making complex systems simple while focusing on a frictionless user experience
- You are proficient with Figma (or willing to learn it if coming from a different system)
- You have a general understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML and CSS
- You have the desire to work with a fast-paced and quickly-growing tech startup and you are enthusiastic about the opportunity for growth within the company
- You are passionate about putting technology into the service of people
