What You’ll Do
As the GTM Specialist, Public Policy, you’ll work with the Public Policy Lead to lay the groundwork necessary to launch Stepful’s Practical Nursing Programs across the country. In this role, you can expect to:
Research practical nursing regulations and application processes in Stepful’s target state
Manage a team of contractors to write and submit applications for both trade school and board of nursing approvals
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure approval of Stepful’s new practical nursing programs
Support the launch of new practical nursing programs, including hiring and program design
This job is for you if:
You have 3+ years of consulting or public policy experience
You are a fast learner and can quickly get up to speed on new topics
You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working cross-functionally (we are a startup after all!)
Bonus points if:
You’ve managed contractors in the past
You have experience working directly with state education agencies or boards of nursing

Base Salary: $100-140k
