We are now looking to recruit a new profile into our pre-sales team in NA to help develop and deliver a solution-centric customer experience. You will work with an international team closely cooperating with partners and Stibo Systems’ subject matter experts.
This role has high visibility on the front lines of Stibo Systems’ business. In this role, you will have a huge impact on deals and influence milestones as we standardize our solution among retail, CPG, manufacturing, and distribution, as well as any additional verticals where opportunities exist.
Role and Main Tasks
Your primary focus will be to use your technical knowledge and innate sales skills to provide advice, support, and functional insight into our MDM Stibo Systems’ STEP solution. You will work within the Core Markets Sales Team to support the sales process by responding to RFIs and RFPs, building and delivering functional solution presentations to a diverse range of audiences, as well as supporting the sales process by sharing your knowledge.

Our pre-sales teams support the sales and customer success teams in winning deals and guide them through the pre-sales process, from discovery, demonstration, RFI/RFP, proof-of-concept delivery, and other sales enablement activities. We are a strong team located around North America, with a very strong team spirit. We leave no one behind, and that goes for the team as well as for our clients and prospects. As a member of the NA Pre-Sales Team, you will be supporting the sales process across our core industries in NA marketplace.
