About the Parcel Analyst Position:

Reporting directly to the Director of Parcel, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our parcel operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The successful candidate will bring their expertise in analyzing parcel carriers, transportation, warehouses or networks to the table, while also showcasing their root cause analysis skills to drive action in the department.

What You'll Do:

Daily use of common dashboards to highlight and report on Parcel program
Creating adhoc reports and dashboards for use in brand, vendor, or site recurring meetings
Become expert on the parcel program
Root cause analysis utilizing data and dashboards available or created
Central Management of ‘Parcel program’ analysis ticketing board
Understand flow of data to and from Stord and Vendors - Including data fields
Coordinate analytical projects from start to completion, conducting intake interviews, assessment of data, design, and presentation of results
Audit parcel financial data, improve/fix where necessary
Utilizing Green Mountain Administration and Enveyo for customer and vendor billing reporting and analysis
Assist sales in RFP requests for transit or financial analysis
Assist in contract reviews and procurement analysis

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, or Engineering
2-5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Logistics analytics
Experience leveraging databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform business decisions
Experience with a Business Intelligence Tool (Domo, Tableau, PowerBI)
Interest in learning/applying Operations Research
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Office 365 applications
MS Power Automate experience preferred
Ability to compile and analyze large data quantities and communicate with leadership

Bonus Points:

Experience Modeling Parcel Carriers, Transportation, Warehouses, or Networks
Experience with a Business Intelligence Tool (Domo, Tableau, PowerBI)
Programs: Experience with in SQL, and Python/R.

Perform regular reviews of parcel KPIs to maximize service, reduce costs, and opportunities for optimization
Perform and maintain regular audits of carriers, services, and vendor performance.
