Strategic Account Manager - McDonald's - Midlands

About this role:
This person will have the opportunity to shape, develop and grow our key partnerships with McDonald's in the Midlands.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Have overall responsibility and ownership of a portfolio of a national restaurant chain McDonalds.

• Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that they are optimised for success.

• Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with our restaurant partners ensuring through clear communications both in person and remotely.

• Develop a deep understanding of the takeaway and dining sectors, trends and the competitive landscape.

• Help drive awareness of our restaurant partners and maximise the partnership both commercially and operationally.

• Driving restaurant partner performance & engagement through data analysis to maximise performance/revenue on the platform.
