Are you passionate tech enthusiast? Do you enjoy building and nurturing relationships? iCIMS is looking to add a Strategic Alliance Director to our Partner team. You’ll work with a small group of high-value, influential organizations in the HCM and Advisor space to expand their knowledge of iCIMS, own day-to-day interactions, and be responsible for new business generation associated with each partner. In this role you will support thought leadership and lead enablement presentations to drive awareness. Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of iCIMS most strategic technology and Advisor relationships Including Infor, UKG, ADP, Ceridian, and Microsoft
  • Persuasively articulate the iCIMS value proposition and long-term vision to executive-level and influential partnership contacts
  • Network, build relationships, and identify advocates across all levels of Strategic Partner organizations
  • Work closely with the Partner Marketing and Public Relations teams to create and distribute customized content to each partner in order to promote knowledge of iCIMS products .and position in the market
  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure all partner needs are effectively addressed
  • Demonstrate the iCIMS Talent Cloud, and show partners how to convey our value proposition effectively to their clients and prospects
  • Qualify opportunities generated from Strategic Partners with a focus on the Enterprise segment
  • Assist in the development and future direction of the iCIMS Strategic Partner Program
  • Serve as a first level of escalation for partner related issues
  • Act as the reporting POC for all metric related inquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed referral opportunity quotes on a monthly basis from an individual book of partners
  • Consistently adheres to iCIMS core values, policies and procedures
  • 25% Travel

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience in account management, business development, or alliance/partnership required. Prior experience working at an HCM or Payroll provider a plus
  • Knowledgeable about HCM and HR technology landscape
  • Passionate about problem solving, relationship building and creating effective partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong presentation skills with a consultative and solution/value selling approach
  • Effective organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Strong results orientation with comfort working in a quota driven environment
  • Skilled at managing relationships at all levels both internally and with external partners
  • Able to communicate with and influence multiples layers of organizations, including Senior Leadership
  • High degree of comfort managing multiple, competing priorities in ambiguous environments. Must have a strategic approach to the development of benchmarks and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits

The target total compensation for this role is $ 92,600-$154,400.
Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
