About the Role

As an experienced Strategic Client Executive reporting to our Director, Client Management you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full time remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own long-term relationships with a strategic portfolio of Kindbody employer clients
  • Work with clients to define and execute a Kindbody program strategy, integrated with their broader benefit offerings
  • Service, manage, renew and execute against a portfolio of client accounts, driving key program outcomes such as enrollment, utilization, and client satisfaction
  • Convert clients into Kindbody advocates, leveraging their success for references, case studies, blogs, etc.
  • Provide reporting for clients to review engagement, utilization, and spend analysis
  • Identify benefit enhancement opportunities within your portfolio through product add-ons and coverage expansions
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including benefit managers, VP/SVP/C-Suite execs and consultants
  • Identify client challenges and risk areas, develop solutions, and execute proactively to avoid churn
  • Develop strategies to align client goals with Kindbody plan goals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention
  • Manage client issues and escalations in collaboration with partner teams such as marketing, clinical, operations, product, and sales, as required
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients on Kindbody's services
  • Collaborate with partner teams such as marketing, clinical, operations, product, and sales to meet client deliverables
  • Support Client Management team on key initiatives and special projects
  • Maintain key documentation and workflows

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of account management experience
  • 4+ years of experience at a benefits, healthcare, digital health, or wellness company
  • Experience managing relationships with Fortune 100 companies, specifically within the retail or manufacturing industry a plus
  • Experience working closely with C-level / SVP-level executives
  • Demonstrated, measurable success running client renewal and expansion campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective consultative style
  • A passion for fertility, family building, or wellness, a sincere interest in your clients
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong results focus, with a passion for finding smarter, better ways to achieve goals
  • The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace
  • A process-focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
