Strategic Consultant (Mobile)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to drive transformational change focusing on mobile channels (SMS/MMS, Push Notifications, Web, Mobile App, Cross Channel Integrations) with digital marketing program(s) and leverage data to reinforce your priorities and recommendations
  • Collaborate with amazing digital experts, across all service disciplines, to innovate and create great solution offerings for the customer
  • Execute Customer Journey mapping exercises, to visualise the end customer experience and highlight key KPIs and metrics to measure and record success
  • Stay close to customer experience measurements, to identify the impact of the customer experience programme and raise risks where necessary
  • Be an enthusiast for digital mobile marketing and have deep understanding of the platforms to provide thought leadership to your customer interactions
  • Executestrategy playbooks via Services engagements: Managed Services, Custom Projects , Advanced Technical Resource packages. Your responsibilities on these engagements will be based on customer requirements and needs, and may include developing programme/campaign strategy, mapping data inputs required to create an omni-channel engagement strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Build lasting relationships with a variety of customer stakeholders ranging from executives to marketing practitioners and align business need to the respective stakeholder
  • Plan and self-prioritize your work based on customer timelines, urgency, and relative priority
  • Ability to navigate at times through stressful customer situations in both a proactive and reactive role
  • Be a product expert - Keep up-to-date with AE Product functionality and its application across the Upland customer base

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS company
  • 5+ years of digital mobile marketing experience in a customer facing role
  • Technical skills at understanding APIs, Web Services, Software Development, Database, DB Queries
  • Technically-knowledgeable and enjoys deep learning the nuances of technical products with Subject Matter Expertise
  • Experience working on enterprise accounts
  • Strong problem-solving ability, always looking for smarter, better ways to achieve a goal
  • PM skills working cross-disciplines internally and externally to define, implement, revise, and evolve marketing programs (experience in management consulting or digital agency work a plus)
  • Experience with these types of engagements with customers:
    • Executive business reviews
    • Presenting / Interacting with all levels with our Customers
    • Creating structured programs to drive adoption at low-usage accounts
    • Creating & executing against a success Plan/project plan
    • Customer and Internal training
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced & multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative
