The Role
We are looking for an Assistant to join our growing Strategic Development team in Los Angeles. The position reports to the M&A Executive and Department Head of Strategic Development. The Assistant should be proactive and detail oriented. This role manages the overall operations for a high-volume desk and must be comfortable working with individuals in a variety of roles both within and outside of the agency.

This desk does not involve reading scripts or dealing directly with talent.
Responsibilities
  • Performs administrative and office support activities for Executive
  • Booking travel
  • Route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Proactively manages calendar, sets up and manages meetings and all logistics
  • Manages the expenses process for the executives
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Maintain department and vacation/sick calendar and contact lists
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of general office experience; Reception experience a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional & proactive demeanor and superior organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Location
This role is hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office.
Compensation: The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $22.00-$28.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
