What You'll Do:
Are you passionate about CX?

As a Strategist, CX, you will provide strategic leadership in the development of customer experiences, as well as translation of the vision into tangible business goals and capabilities! Our team is dedicated to understanding the customer experience using multiple data sources across audiences, various channels, journeys, and key moments of truth. We collaborate to deliver actionable, customer insights that improve customer experiences. We measure success using by Customer Experience, Financial, and Operational Metrics.
You'll have the opportunity to deliver in these key areas:
  • Project and stakeholder management: manage projects end to end; maximize efficiency and results; see hidden problems and develop a plan to address them. Design parts of a customer experience that doesn't touch multiple business areas; facilitate a clearly defined event.
  • Interpret customer needs: gather, analyze, interpret, and synthesize data from various sources (i.e., internal customer data, service calls, field interviews, external market data, macro trends).
  • Communicate customer needs: speak on behalf of both the program and the user in terms of their project needs and goals to craft a cogent and compelling argument in email, document or conversation.
  • Advances the customer experience discipline: create and provide employees with CX frameworks, standards, training curriculum, and other tools they can use for research, human-centered design, and execution. Demonstrate how CX initiatives provide a strong return on investment, in terms of financial impact (i.e., increased retention, higher sales hit rate) and improved customer experience.

Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years CX experience
  • Ability to persuade, build credibility and trust with a broad range of stakeholders and strong presentations skills
  • Collaboration skills to work with others to deliver optimal results while maintaining productive working relationships
  • A drive to excellence and actively seek out ways to gain skills and expand individual knowledge
  • Reacts positively to changes and maintains poise, focus and flexibility when encountering difficulties or obstacles
  • Ability to leverage an appropriate level of professional skill or knowledge and keeps up with current developments and trends in area of expertise
  • Able to identify and assess alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, resources, constraints and organizational values then committing to a course of action

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $77400 - $147600 / year Additional Information:
