As part of our Agribusiness team, you'll help our customers leverage technology and data insights to connect upstream and downstream and optimize profitability, efficiency and insights.

You'll be part of the Agribusiness Strategy and Enablement team and play a vital role in developing and executing strategic programs. You will leverage the synergies between our existing portfolios and support the new and exciting roadmap of Agribusiness expansion plans. To be successful in this role you'll need to be someone who is a natural collaborator, innovator and problem solver, that can work with multiple stakeholders across various TAC business teams, and be able to drive roll out plans and strategies around Agribusiness enablement programs and capabilities both large and small.

Here's how

  • Lead the development of new strategies and subsequent tactical development while developing a measurement plan to monitor and track key performance results, deep diving to produce actionable insights
  • Conduct data analysis, generate and socialize insights to yield strategic decision making
  • Support data and analytic requests; source, validate and analyze data, build models, synthesize insights, and present results utilizing written reports and presentations
  • Provide support to our mergers & acquisitions process by developing financial models that provide guidance on the relative value of prospective deals
  • Participate in the commercial due diligence process in support of M&A deals
  • Create financial models that will facilitate discussions on key business and product competition and risks
  • Work closely with corporate finance teams to develop annual budget, people planning, and monthly triage/forecast updates
  • Prepare forecasts and business models for Strat Check and Long Term Planning
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse range of ad-hoc financial and operational analysis requests from senior leaders
  • Build strong relationships within Agribusiness teams to ensure effectiveness from and end-to-end value chain
  • Solve complex and ambiguous problems to its component parts, and then propose actionable solutions
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance
  • Prepare communication materials (primarily in PowerPoint) for internal and external customers and senior leaders

What you bring to the role

  • Ability to work under pressure and make modifications in a dynamic environment
  • 3-5 years of strategy, planning, and execution experience, great to have experience in market/competitive intelligence, finance, equity research, or consulting
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo
  • Experience with financial modeling, M&A, Ventures, or market/equity research
  • Experience working in matrixed organization with global business partners
  • Experience working with and presenting to all levels of leadership
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required. Proficiency in Google Workplace tools also desirable
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Nice to have: MBA, CFA, CPA, CA, CMA, CGA

Great-to-haves

  • Preference given to those with knowledge of SaaS, AgTech, Agriculture, Food, or Consumer Goods industries
  • Superior organizational management skills and a passion for building, operating, and transforming new businesses
  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills including the ability to collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence across geographies at any organizational level and size
  • Recognized as a strong collaborative team player; a strategic and creative thinker who comes up with innovative solutions and has the ability to influence without authority

Location - Remote USA

Career Stream Level - P4


The US base salary range for this position is:$97,000-121,000 USD. This position may be eligible for a 15% performance-based BONUS. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
