Strategy & Transformation Senior Advisor
The Strategy & Transformation Senior Advisor is an individual contributor role with responsibility for delivering client engagements. This role provides coaching and direction to our clients and requires limited direct oversight of activities, seeks and provides feedback to others, and provides exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders including clients, sales teams, consulting teams, engagement managers, and all Collaborative leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Consulting Leadership – act in a co-lead capacity on Strategy engagements including assessments and meetings, developing deliverables, providing guidance and direction to other Strategy team members, and delivering trusted business advisor support to clients.
  • Business Operations Strategy - partner with leadership to understand organizational perspectives and recommend best-fit methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities.
  • Technology Adoption – work with clients to understand the people issues associated with technology implementations, specifically Workday and ancillary systems including but not limited to role re-definition and skill gaps.
  • Technology Implementation – partner with leadership and program managers to understand an organizations inherent capability regarding governance, decision making, data integrity, and technology development to design strategies to set the stage for successful technology implementations.
  • Business Development – work collaboratively with internal sales teams as well as external sales teams such as Workday to understand the needs of the client and develop proposals, respond to RFP’s, assist in writing SOW’s, and present at conferences and trade events to market the Collaborative brand.
  • Knowledge Management – contributes to and maintains methodologies, tools, and templates to support strategic and implementation engagements from insights gained in prior experiences, researching best practices, and utilizing a continuous feedback loop with team members to ensure deliverables are timely and relevant.
  • Workshop Delivery – Proficient in the leading practices and required decisions for HCM, Financial, and Technology platform deployments with ability to co-lead sessions in each respective area.
  • Workday Knowledge – maintains a strong relationship with implementation consultants to understand and incorporate Workday best practices into recommendations and deliverables during strategic engagements. Provides knowledge transfer during transition from strategic engagement to implementation engagement ensuring client requirements, decisions, and culture are shared to enable a seamless transition between projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a team-oriented environment in enterprise transformation consulting leadership, reviewing operating and operational readiness, conducting pre-transformation gap analysis related to potential future scenarios, guiding process redesign, recommending solutions on future service delivery, defining required roles & responsibilities, and providing capability enablement planning OR 5+ years of experience in enterprise strategic leadership roles
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
  • Demonstrated proven experience with consulting engagements pertaining to the requirements and design (functional and technical), configuration, testing and deployment of enterprise solutions
  • Experienced in designing and implementing holistic solutions including process optimization and organization structure design to augment enterprise technical solutions.
  • Experienced in service delivery model design and workshop facilitation
  • Experienced in working with and delivering workshops to client executives and C-suite level team members
  • Proven and thorough knowledge of operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design and benchmarking/standard industry practices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
