Responsibilities

Lead a team of clinical personnel to deliver patient care at the highest standard.
Collaborate with market leaders to establish priorities and ensure interdisciplinary approaches.
Oversee performance of individual clinicians and monitor care quality.
Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
Implement strategies for cost control and quality improvements.
Monitor clinical quality metrics and adjust operations accordingly.

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
Active RN licensure
