Structured Sales Support Analyst
As a Structured Sales Support Analyst, you can expect to work collaboratively with a team of about 10 colleagues on generating, distributing, and auditing of more complex finance transactions for our Construction, Transportation, and Industrial business line. Our goal is to meet customer expectations in accuracy and timely processing.
Day to Day
- Customer Relationships - Be available via phone and email to assist Vendor Partners, End Users, and Sales Representatives with any inquiries. Maintain positive relationships while assisting with documentation, transactions, and policies.
- Document Preparation - Generate documents for lease, loan, and other financial agreements. Confirm rates, run amortization schedules, and enter all data accurately into system. Evaluate the specific requirements based off of exposure, program, and equipment involved and proactively communicate to sales to ensure all items are obtained timely.
- Contract Due Diligence - Based off of agreement structure and location, validate the loan/lease can be authorized in the associated state by reviewing Policy Maps. Validate debtor’s legal name and existence. Ensure DLL’s security interest is protected by accurately filing UCCs. Order lien searches and pursue subordinations when necessary.
- Problem Solving - Strive for customer satisfaction, identify any problem/issue for a contract and coordinate resolution with the appropriate internal department. Collaborate with management, credit/risk, legal, sales, and any other applicable departments, have a strong understanding of what department to consult with for assistance on various situations.
- Final Audit- Once all documentation has been signed and returned, and all other pending items have been obtained, review file to ensure everything is ready to be passed to the Booking & Funding team for processing. Update and finalize pricing, verify customer has received all equipment listed on the agreement, update any other system fields required.
- Optimization – Contribute to department efficiencies by identifying opportunities for improvement, offering ideas, and participating in projects to develop and implement solutions. Contribute to ongoing policy and procedure review and development.
- Training and Development – Provide intra and inter-departmental training members as needed. Take initiative to seek and participate in formal and informal training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and value to the company.
Some overtime and/or restricted PTO usage is needed during peak periods, typically during the last week of the month, quarter, and year.

Essentials
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge and proficiency in leasing/financial service products (preferably middle-ticket structured transactions) and documentation preparation, including UCC Financing Statements, PMSI procedures, and titling
- Strong verbal, written, and inter-personal skills
- Demonstrated success in current and former positions
- Ability to thrive under pressure, while exercising good judgment and willingness to make decisions
- Ability to overcome objections and develop sound relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and influence decisions outside of traditional span of control
- Time management and prioritization ability

Applicable Pay Range
$55,637.53 - $83,456.29
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
