StubHub U.S. PR Manager works with the Head of Brand Comms to execute the strategy for the company’s public relations program. The role supports comms project planning, targeting and story development. Supported by an agency, the role focuses on placement across lifestyle, consumer and tastemaker media as well as any activities pertinent to enhancing the success of proactive and reactive PR efforts, including media relationship building.
This role is for a strategist, creative storyteller, and skilled writer who excels at spotting trends, using data to create news, and getting ahead of the narrative. You take ownership of projects, lead with proactivity, see challenges as opportunities, and craft messaging for diverse audiences. The role oversees the development of content editorial calendars, efficient workflow, and content management. You will produce content to meet deadlines and deliver timely stories, always considering an omni-channel approach that clearly articulates brand value propositions and reasons to believe. This role will cover music, sports and entertainment trends, as well as leverage the company’s insights through data storytelling, which requires a passion for and keen understanding of how to analyze and form data insights into messaging in a compelling and accurate way. Ultimately, the role helps build and execute an integrated communications approach to enhance and protect the company’s reputation and influence external perception.
This position is well-suited to an energetic and proactive individual who is able to function in a fast-paced organization. We’re looking for someone who sees business challenges as comms opportunities. Experience working with sports, entertainment, general news or lifestyle reporters is a plus.
This is a hybrid work opportunity located in New York, NY. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.

The Global Communications team is responsible for how we communicate about the company to key stakeholders, including consumers, media, partners, policymakers and employees. Our job is to craft the right narratives that support StubHub’s mission to become the go-to live event destination for live events around the world, and to deploy these narratives strategically across all earned channels. We work cross-functionally with every aspect of the business – from Product to Partnerships, Supply to Fulfillment, Customer Support to Acquisition Marketing and more – to help build our reputation, raise brand awareness and affinity for StubHub and our international brand viagogo, as well as create and foster how we communicate with our employees worldwide.
