Student Assistant- Auxiliary Services Marketing 2023/2024

Job Summary


An Auxiliary Services Marketing Assistant is an individual who provides marketing support and completes various tasks for Dining Services, Parking and Transportation, University Housing, Bobcat Card Office, and Mail Services.

Responsibilities


Responsibilities -
A. Knowledgeable and up to date on all provided department information
B. Generate content for multiple Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts
C. Assist with department events such as grand opening retail events and retail sales events
D. Event and location photography
E. Participate in tabling to promote Auxiliary Services departments
F. Attend weekly meetings with Auxiliary Services Marketing Director
G. Update signage and posters around campus
H. Secret shop Bobcat Card vendors
I. Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications


Educational Requirements
Minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA

Other Required Qualifications
Social media experience
Basic graphic design
Strong communication skills
Available to work evenings and occasional weekend special events
