Professor Melissa Greene-Blye is seeking a student who is available on Wednesdays 12:45-4:45 PM and Thursdays 11:00 AM-12:15 PM to assist in the production of KUJH News.
This person will assist in all facets of content creation and show production including editing packages, assisting producers and TD, and managing studio production aspects of KUJH News.
60% - Manage studio production
20% - Assist with editing
20% - Assist producers and TD
- Available Wednesdays and Thursdays during above stated times

Proficient in using Adobe Premiere and correcting video and audio issues, as evidenced in application materials

Able to supervise pre-production and live show production in the studio: prompter, audio board, studio camera, etc. as evidenced in application materials

During the semester term of the appointment, the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer periods the student hourly must: 1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or 2) be pre-enrolled in upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or 3) be enrolled in summer session or 4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly)
- Some knowledge of Tricaster and how to TD a show a plus
