Study.com is seeking an innovative and people-focused Engineering Manager, driving the transformation of our engineering practices through AI-powered tools and automation. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to modernize how we develop software—enhancing speed, quality, and efficiency through the strategic use of AI.
Equally important, you will manage and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll also play a key role in product development and process execution, partnering closely with Product and Design to ensure that engineering initiatives align with product priorities and deliver impact with clarity and agility.

This role is based in our Mountain View, CA office and is hybrid in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
