Business Development Recruiting Specialist (North America)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Recruiting Specialist (North America) to help accelerate our growth in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects through tailored interactions, aiming to understand their specific needs and how Substance can provide solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Substance's services and how they can benefit clients, equipping yourself to effectively communicate value to prospective customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of lead generation efforts and sales activities in the CRM, ensuring effective tracking of prospects and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize outreach strategies, and share insights that can drive better results.
  • Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports on lead generation performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek someone who is enthusiastic about sales and has a strong desire to make an impact in a high-growth environment.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the technology or staffing industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for learning, adapting to new challenges, and contributing to a team-oriented culture.
