This role will be a temporary position for up to 6 months to support the Finance team.Your main tasks and responsibilities:• Assist with month end closing procedures• Maintain account reconciliations• Resolve account discrepanices by investigating documentation and making recommendations• Review and reconcile billing due lisitng ensuring accuracy for invoicing• Caluclate and review commissions• Assist in collection efforts• Answer accounts receivable inquiries• Review codes and verify invoices processed through internal and external systems• Create and maintain vendor account information• Generate and manage payments to vendorsTo succeed in this role, you will need:• Associates Degree in Accounting or closely related field and 3-4 years of experience• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems• High degree of accuracy, analytic skills, technical accounting knowledge, and confidentialityDo you have a question about the role?Reach out to Kerry Wilt at Kerry.Wilt@sulzer.com or Hiring Manager – Mary Bowers.
