Director, Growth Marketing, Velocity Team

We are seeking a strategic Director of Growth Marketing to lead our dynamic new Velocity Team. This role demands an experienced leader with exposure to all aspects of a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment, a strong analytical mindset, a passion for experimentation, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Velocity Team
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies focused on user/customer acquisition
Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships
Manage a diverse team of two to five individual contributors and managers
Lead initiatives to optimize conversion rates
Collaborate closely with product management and development teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field
