Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager supporting our State Government client, your primary responsibilities will include managing complex projects through all development phases, performing business analysis, documenting business processes, and developing functional and technical requirements. You'll exercise sound judgment in critical decision-making and work on scope control, project estimation, and risk mitigation strategies.

To excel in the Senior Project Manager role, candidates should have full-time experience in project management, especially in managing large projects within the Texas state framework. Familiarity with the Texas Project Delivery Framework, experience with Salesforce, and proficiency in creating solicitation documents, including RFOs and SOWs, are essential qualifications.

Collaboration is key in the Senior Project Manager role. You will be working with various departments to facilitate business analysis, collect requirements across multiple program areas, and lead project activities that align with client needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders will play a critical role in project success.
