Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert:Create AlertCompany:Sun Pharmaceutical Industries LtdJob Description:• Handling end to end recruitment for the region ensuring TAT adherence & working with Managers to ensure talent availability as per the requirement.• Managing MPR & Position code for replacement/ new positions in discussion with hiring managers, interviewing candidates to check competency levels and fitment in organization.• Onboarding & Recruitment SPOC (Responsible for Hiring Process from Selected Candidate to till Onboarded Part & Creating Complete employee profile in HR software)• Enhance HR connect by regular one-on-one meeting with HR Head & new joiners.• Responsible as HR business partner for various functions to extend necessary support to assigned functions.• Responsible for Background verification of newly hired.• Ensure timely closure of Goal setting exercise, Midyear & Annual Appraisals for employees.• Trained employees to familiarize the changes in PMS process & implementation of new platforms.• Implementation of action plan & new projects from corporate related to HR at plant level.• Provide Extensive support for Organization Development Initiatives.• Responsible for Implementation of engagement calendar for every event POSH session, Skip Level meetings, meeting with Management teams.• Fun at work activities organized to make the work place more vibrant – Festival celebrations like Women’s day, Holi, Diwali Celebrations etc. are organized.• Fun at work activities organized to make the work place more vibrant – activities indoor & outdoor sports.• Providing support in different projects and MIS reports.• Having knowledge of Digitalization tools of HR.#J-18808-Ljbffr
