Compensation & Pay Range:
$19-$21 per hour

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.

Curriculum Program Manager Responsibilities:
What’s it like to be a program manager at our school?

  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally-appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices.
  • Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented.
  • Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers.
  • Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure adequate classroom materials.
  • Develop and track teacher professional development plans.
  • Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed.
  • Travel for training may be part of this position.

  • Passion for working with young children.
  • At least 18-years-old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Creative Curriculum, developmentally-appropriate practices, Environmental Rating Scale, ITERS and ECERS, and developmental milestones as defined by the state’s early learning goals required.
  • Track record of successful training with ability to help develop teaching staff and evaluate teacher classroom performance.
  • Working knowledge of state rules and regulations governing the operation of childcare center.
  • Meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions and maintain state in-service requirements.
  • Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
