But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst!

What You'll Do

  • Initiate work orders for production storage deployments and work in partnership with Logistics and Production Systems teams to keep deployments on schedule
  • Ensure changing demand forecasts and inventory requirements are properly captured in the demand planning module of the ERP system
  • Track all open production and project hardware orders to help facilitate on time deliveries and keep Cloud Operations stakeholders aware of evolving schedules
  • Analyze supply and demand trends to identify opportunities, tradeoffs, impacts and risks to business plan objectives
  • Query, analyze, and report data storage trends and month-end metrics
  • Deliver month, quarter and year-end reporting on actual spend vs. budget to date
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards reporting on monthly and quarterly resource usage with respect to storage and core server deployments, power, bandwidth, and physical cabinet space
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation of the planning process to improve overall operational efficiencies
  • Work under direction from Operations Analyst to strategize medium to long-term deployment and capacity planning
  • Develop and maintain well-coordinated internal relationships with key partners

The Right Fit

  • BS/BA degree in a quantitative field (e. g., Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Management Science, Social Sciences, etc)
  • 1-3 years experience in an analytical role, ideally in an environment requiring supply chain management (e.g. manufacturing, high growth data centers, etc) or similar demand management business planning
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, business acumen and judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating experience working effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional partners and, preferably, presenting to leadership
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Google Sheets with demonstrated abilities in data analytics, proposal presentation, etc
  • Experience working with and maintaining ERP systems (Netsuite is preferred)
  • Experience in, or a strong commitment to learning the business of, cloud data storage in a high growth environment
