The Navistar San Antonio Manufacturing Plant is a benchmark facility that builds leading-edge commercial vehicles to meet the needs of today’s – and tomorrow’s – customers. Corporate Supply Chain Operations has an exceptional opportunity for a Supply Chain Professional 2, Business Analyst. The Business Analyst would be responsible and accountable to support the day-to-day activities, interfacing with key customers (internal/external) and project management of Manufacturing/Supply Chain initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Under minimal guidance, determine proper master data set-up in ERP system to drive Plant goals.
- Provide support and influence Plant Supply Chain in maintaining appropriate planning parameters for MRP to achieve Working Capital goals.

Identify, prioritize, and address data integrity concerns.

Works collaboratively and builds relationships with other employees, functional staff, IT, and third-party consultants.

Document’s completion of project assignments and identifies functional implementation and support issues in a clear, thorough, and timely manner.

Become fully acclimated with Navistar’s EDI Business Policy to assist the EDI Coordinator in supplier set up and supplier interaction with Navistar Manufacturing Facilities as related to material requirements communicated through EDI transactions.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 4 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience

Bachelor’s degree

At least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
Additional Requirements:
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Acquires/possesses in-depth knowledge of INFOR LN
- 2 years’ experience in Truck Manufacturing
