Job Summary:
- Establish and Execute a Supply Chain Plan of Record for New Products
- Lead and represent Supply Chain in functional and corporate teams
- Deliver stable products to sustaining, enable revenue and lead EOL activities
- Lead cross-functional teams
Key objectives and major responsibilities:
- Establish a Supply Chain Plan of Record for New Product Programs
- Lead/Drive Supply Chain input to Program POR and influence solutions optimized for Supply Chain
- Define Supply Chain schedule and integrate with Engineering (H/W, S/W, SQA)
- Establish and manage to Supply Chain NPI Budget
- Ensure Supply Chain Resource Plan meets program requirements
- Lead and represent Supply Chain in functional and corporate teams
- Influence and escalate across functional program teams to arrive at the best business decisions for Extreme
- Influence appropriate trade-offs for time-to-market, quality, cost and features
- Focal point in Supply Chain to provide program information back to Core Team (cost, manufacturability, schedule, availability, quality, funding, MRD/PRD, etc.)
- Escalation path for the team on any issues on programs

- LCM Phase Milestones / Deliverables
- Performance to program budget
- New Product GA dates achieved
- Development build and launch Quality

Salary Range is based on years of experience and candidate qualifications.
$108,000K - $145,000K
