Job Overview:
This role is admin-focused, with an emphasis on managing tasks related to paid media and influencer coordination. The ideal candidate will handle the coordination of User Generated Content (UGC) creators, assist in various administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth operation of digital marketing activities. Prior experience with media buying is not essential, but a strong organizational skill set and familiarity with digital marketing are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Coordinate and manage UGC creators by posting campaign briefs on platforms, reviewing applicants, and filtering suitable candidates.
- Oversee the full UGC process, from negotiation to finalizing deliverables.
- Pass raw content to video editors for post-production and delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the Founder, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Conduct research to identify the best tools and applications for paid media and UGC campaigns, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist with the management and optimization of landing pages to maximize conversions.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and management.
- Experience in coordinating influencer or UGC campaigns is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (especially Meta Ads) is advantageous.
- English Level of a B2 or above.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who pays keen attention to detail and can work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
