We are looking for the candidate who has –

• Advanced troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that you can demonstrate
• Multi-tasking and adaptation are your thing in a time-critical production environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Can work independently and uses discretion with sensitive information

If you have these add on some extra cool points –

• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and Windows operating systems
• Working knowledge of Apple iOS
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Information Technology or a related field.
