Job Description

Our Bulgaria TA Team is looking for a Recruitment Marketing/Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for attracting qualified candidates through online platforms and social media channels. You will work closely with the TA team and Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and create targeted campaigns to reach potential candidates.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Develop and execute digital and social media recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice, highlighting unique value propositions.
  • Create and implement social media strategies that align with the company's employer branding goals and objectives.
  • Develop engaging content for the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to showcase company culture, employee experiences, and job opportunities.
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns in Meta.
  • Optimize recruitment marketing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and moderate social media channels and job board forums for brand mentions, employee reviews, and industry trends to stay informed and responsive.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader company goals.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team and Marketing Agencies to bring to life compelling recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including job boards, social media influencers, and industry organizations.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and social media.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have the following:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, recruitment marketing or employer branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content in English and Bulgarian and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and ability to interpret data to optimize strategies and measure success of campaigns.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns that effectively promote the employer brand
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive employer branding efforts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid mode (office and work from home)
