The care delivered will be based on theoretical principles and scientific knowledge and within the scope of the California Nurse Practice Act and the PAMF policy Plan for the Provision of Nursing Care.Job Description:EDUCATION:Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.Other: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:RN-Registered Nurse of California Upon HireBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon HirePREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:One year of clinical experience.Recent experience is strongly preferred.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to accept, adapt to and evaluate change. Basic computer knowledge and skills. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
