If you have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and are ready for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply today.Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to support our organization's mission and goals.Design and maintain efficient and streamlined recruitment processes that ensure a positive candidate experience.Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract top candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations.Conduct thorough and objective candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment efforts.Manage and track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.Communicate and promote the organization's employer brand and values to potential candidates.Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities.Mentor and train team members on recruitment processes and techniques.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring practices.Sutter Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
