Suzy is seeking a full-cycle Director of Enterprise Sales to identify and close new business logos. Suzy has a world-class, agile consumer insights platform that customers love. The mission of our team is to shake up traditional research and demonstrate to every Suzy enterprise customer the value of utilizing agile and persistent audience research to make the best business decisions possible.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate top of funnel activity by networking and prospecting utilizing social media, email and cold calling.  In addition, you will be expected to close deals with warm leads provided by marketing

  • Successfully perform the full sales cycle including researching, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing large enterprise deals in order to meet and exceed quota expectations

  • Establish and manage relationships between Suzy and executives of prospect companies

  • Perform sales presentations to prospects of all levels of a variety of personas of Fortune 100 companies of other accounts within a prescribed territory

  • Enter all sales data into Salesforce

  • Quickly ramp up to become an expert in Suzy product uses, benefits, competitive advantages and business terms in order to successfully pitch customers and close deals

  • Partner with the demand generation team to create and execute effective campaigns 

  • Lead contract negotiations for large enterprise accounts; partner with internal departments, including legal, to successfully come to terms acceptable to both parties

  • Participate on behalf of Suzy at industry conferences

  • Consistently keep up with the competitive landscape to understand competitive proposal delivery and pricing;

  • Participate in sales planning and status meetings

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in full-cycle sales experience including researching, prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing large enterprise net new customers

  • Strong prior experience closing six-figure & seven-figure enterprise subscriptions with Fortune 100 companies

  • Ability to quickly ramp up to become a profitable member of the sales team

  • Consistent prior track record of high-volume prospect outreach, meeting and exceeding quotas and targets using a sales process

  • Ability to understand which Suzy options and solutions will be beneficial to customers, and demonstrate how Suzy’s features and benefits match their needs.

  • Experience contributing in weekly meetings with meaningful insights.

  • Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans & weekly forecasts for your territory.
