The annual base salary for this position ranges from $236,340 - 454,300. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
Summary:
The Global Client Solutions Executive, Strategic Accounts is responsible for (an) assigned account(s) and is responsible for driving profitable growth and operational delivery for the company.
The Global Client Solutions Executive, Strategic Accounts represents the whole spectrum of the business’s portfolio (Clinical and Commercial) across assigned accounts and ensures that robust strategic growth plans (Gross Awards, Revenues and Profit), P&L targets and excellent operational delivery are developed and attained. Responsibilities also include managing to and achieving quarterly and annual targets, development of robust strategic plans to drive growth, solutions design, development and oversight. The incumbent also involves the necessary parties in the development and execution of those plans.
The successful incumbent will expand and maintain relationships and is responsible for driving profitable growth and strong operational delivery resulting in customer expectations being exceeded and a resulting increase in market share occurs.
The Global Client Solutions Executive, Strategic Accounts will operate in a transparent, proactive, collaborative and accountable way and will hold their entire team to the same standard. Job Responsibilities:
Individual Contributor Role: The Global Client Solutions Executive, Strategic Accounts reports to the Global Head of Key Accounts. The first and most prominent role of the Global Client Solutions Executive, Strategic Accounts is leadership over the assigned key account(s). The Global Client Solutions Executive, Strategic Accounts deals in the achievement of excellence and insight in order to surpass customer expectations. In this position, the Global Client Solutions Executive, Strategic Accounts proactively leads the strategic account planning process and executes performance objectives, sales targets, KPI’s and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual periods.
