As an FP&A Senior Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and the broader Finance team with various financial and analytical tasks. You will ensure data accuracy and facilitate the smooth operation of all finance-related activities.


What you'll be doing:
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling;
  • Lead ad-hoc strategic projects, coordinating multiple departments;
  • Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans;
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;
  • Build and own all financial reporting with unwavering commitment to accuracy in all presented and reported numbers;
  • Develop and present detailed financial decks that clearly convey analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders;
  • Create, implement, and improve financial models, databases, and dashboards;
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial systems;
  • Act as a Business Partner to different Business Lines and Departments within the organization working directly with C-Level;
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


What you need to have:
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
  • +5 years of experience in financial roles, preferably with previous roles in FP&A and reporting;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
