Our Bank Marketing team brings these products to life through all stages and touchpoints for both prospects and existing customers.The Assistant Vice President, Consumer Bank Lifecycle Marketing will oversee segments of the customer lifecycle strategy aimed at growing share of wallet and expanding overall banking relationships. This role will work with internal COE teams to execute D2C marketing communications that drive retention and deposit growth goals for the Consumer Bank. This role will partner closely with the Bank marketing team in the coordination and development of existing customer communications.Our Way of WorkingWe're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:- Manage marketing campaigns from design to execution (ensuring adherence to Compliance and regulatory requirements); capturing all necessary approvals (legal, compliance, stakeholders, brand) within project management tool- Interface with internal cross-functional teams to develop and manage customer communications across statement messages, direct mail, email, SMS, mobile marketing, paid media, marketing and servicing website to support customer marketing strategies- Be the main point of contact for our affinity partners and create/execute marketing plans- Partnering with personalization team partners on potential new use cases for lifecycle across all channels- Work with Brand and Web teams to ensure consistent experience from in-market assets to website experiences- Serve as key point of contact between Marketing and our Contact Center and Operations teams- Understand existing Bank customer behaviors and develop messaging to increase retention and deposit balances- Prepare and present reporting of lifecycle efforts to senior leadership- Active participation in all relevant meetings- Timely, on-budget execution of campaigns- Other projects as assigned- Travel ~10%Qualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of marketing experience or in lieu of a Bachelor's, a High School Diploma/GED and 9 years marketing experience- Minimum of 3 years experience in financial services or banking lifecycle marketing across multiple customer channels- 2+ years managing large scale projects- Proficient in the use of MS Office product suite - Excel in MS PowerPoint presentation designDesired Characteristics:- Experience in Banking and Deposit Products (i.e., Savings, Checking, CDs and Credit Cards)- Proven ability to test & learn and execute quickly in a fast-moving environment- Outstanding communication, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills.- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information.- Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results.- Strong inter-personal skills, with ability to influence across cross-functional teams with proven ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.- Self-starter with growth mindset- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills- Strong PC proficiency (MS Office Suite) or comparable software applications and campaign management tool such as Adobe Workfront.Grade/Level: 11The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:- You must be 18 years or older- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
