General Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Systems Analyst. The Systems Analyst will primarily be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between various systems and/or applications. This role requires an understanding of data flows, security concepts, access management, and general integration concepts such as ETL, APIs, FTP, interfaces, and RPA. The Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, end-users, and security analysts, to deliver, maintain, and integrate platforms to enhance access management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions to align with business objectives, taking account of scalability, performance, and security considerations.
- Customize and configure APIs or integrations tools to facilitate data flow between systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Write and maintain integration documentation, including specifications, technical design documents, and test cases.
- Analyze, perform, and troubleshoot data structures and schemas of various systems to ensure consistent data mapping during integration execution.
- Conduct thorough testing of the integrations solutions to ensure data integrity, functionality, and system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvements.
- Prepare reports for management regarding market and technology trends in order to obtain a better understanding regarding end user’s voice
- Maintain up to date with agile/scrum best practices and new trends
- Schedule and lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes and advance projects
- Procure to understand our clients, the market, and emerging trends to ensure that an excellent experience to the customer will be defined to the customer through continuous iterations to the roadmap
- Collaborate across different groups to meet our objectives
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration Master's Degree
Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in business or systems analysis, project, or product management, preferably in technology or financial services industry
- Experience in agile software development, iterations and short release cycles, customer journey mapping.
- Creative and conceptual thinker as well as, strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage a project from beginning to end
- Knowledge of Office apps like Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is great to have
- Knowledge of Office 365, Azure
