Systems & Network Engineer

In the role of Infrastructure Administrator, you'll take ownership of our technology in the cloud and on-premises. You will be responsible for responding to and fixing end-user technical issues, including but not limited to supporting and maintaining the organization's infrastructure and security and granting access to technology solutions all while ensuring optimal performance. You will also troubleshoot problems in a timely manner and provide end-user assistance as required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects by collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams on the design and deployment of new IT systems
• Assess and recommend measures to improve and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and SOC 2 to ensure the privacy and safety of customer data
• Implement JIT/SCIM between Azure SSO and any services supporting JIT/SCIM
• Design, configure, manage, and deploy scalable network infrastructure
• Manage, plan, and execute network capacity activities including, but not limited to, IP address management, bandwidth, and device capacity/count.
• Leverage PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate repeatable processes
• Project manage new clinic builds, interfacing with the expansion team, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Identify and take ownership for service security and efficiency improvements, such as EDR, penetration and vulnerability scans
• Manage and monitor systems & network security, performance, availability, and alerting across all networks with automated and documented escalation procedures
• Create automation for processes such as onboarding and offboarding
• Serve as a mentor for junior support and systems staff, providing guidance for resolution of issues
• Provide on-call for after-hours support, in a rotation of primary and backup on-call
• Performs other duties as needed

Experience: We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
• 4+ years of experience in an IT role with a focus on Systems, Security, Cloud, and Networking
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, DHCP and SSO
• Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting the following: Cisco Meraki, Endpoint Protection, PowerShell Scripting, Salesforce, Windows Server OS, Apple IOS, Mac OS, and Mobile Device Management required
• Strong knowledge of system design, automation, deployments and testing of infrastructure
• Hands on experience architecting and supporting Azure, Office 365 tenants, SharePoint online, and Exchange Online
• Strong Experience with IT audit activities as well as day to day security functions
• Cisco Certified Network Associate or Advanced Microsoft Certification preferred
• Salesforce Administration and Athena experience preferred
• Previous experience with Zendesk or another tracking system strongly preferred
• Ability to travel nationally up to 10% and work outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly

Range: $100,000-$120,000

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position remotely. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
