What you'll do

Our Systems Integration Consultant would be responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture.

• Serves as the main technical contact for customers that are implementing Verifone solutions.
• Help customers with implementation and support of Verifone software and hardware.
• Drive issues to resolution based on priority and interaction with different internal teams.
• Be the advocate for the customer to get the solutions and fixes they need to make progress on their timelines.
• Provide direction for design activities.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with the customer set to make sure they are taken care of and their timelines are met.
• Responsible for learning and maintaining technical knowledge of our software and hardware solutions.
• Ability, drive and aptitude to write software tools to meet immediate teams and greater teams end goals related to the software that we are supporting

What qualifications will you need to be successful?

• Min. of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /or Equivalent Engineering degree.
• 4-5+ years' of experience in a customer facing technical role would be preferred.
• Experience/familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Exposure to iOS Programming (Swift- Objective C) /Android Java, and/ Windows .NET).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and managing customer expectations and within resource constraints.
• Ability to multi-task with strong communication skills.
• Documentation skillset.

Nice to haves;

• Experience with Python scripting.
• Experience with Software tools in writing/creation skills.
• Some Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Git/Stash , Jenkins/ CI-CD
