Trusted.The Strategic Systems Division requires subject matter expertise in nuclear and strategic deterrence issues. The Strategic Systems Analysis Group provides analytic expertise and support to US Strategic Command and key stakeholders in the deterrence community. SPA has an immediate need for a Senior Intelligence Specialist & Project Manager located at Offutt AFB. This position requires an individual with a strong background in intelligence and holds a Top Secret / SCI clearance.ResponsibilitiesProvides expert advice on the potential strategic and operational value of new technologies and/or concepts of operational employment for technologies to support strategic deterrence, nuclear modernization and NC3 architectures. Requires in-depth understanding of capabilities that would maximize value to U.S. military operations and their impact on adversary courses of action, to include comparative balance of capabilities in all domains. Responsibilities include support to special programs in the development and implementation of program protection and defense plans. Lead research, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of Intelligence, Signals Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, Counterterrorism, Foreign Military Forces, operations, capabilities, and trends supporting all-source intelligence and threat production. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies and plans and guidance to technical staff. Assists with identifying and assessing potential new business opportunities to expand the Corporate client base.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:- Master's Degree- 30+ years of experience spanning the full range of intelligence activities- Top Secret clearance with elibility for SCI and ability to maintain a DoD security clearance for the duration of employmentDesired Qualifications:- Senior executive experience- Eligibility for special intelligence caveats and SAP read-insSPA is committed to the principles and practices of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action.
