We’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Operations Manager at T-Mobile! In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of a wide range of products and services by leading and managing the product operations team. The ideal... candidate will have a passion for developing products and services that meet the needs of our customers.We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as several years of experience in product management, operations, and customer service. The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of the telecom industry and a keen understanding of the latest technologies. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the product operations team to achieve organizational goals.
Develop products and services that meet customer needs.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the telecom industry and latest technologies.
Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
Motivate and inspire team members to reach their goals.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make changes accordingly.
Work closely with other departments to ensure successful product launches.
Proactively identify and address potential problems.
Develop and implement strategies to improve product operations processes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
