The Lead Full Stack Engineer should have a passion for writing clean, concise code, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with other engineers.We are seeking a self-starter who is able to take initiative, think outside the box, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead a software engineering team and provide guidance to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop web applications using MVC, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Write clean, concise code and optimize systems for increased efficiency. Collaborate with other engineers to ensure a cohesive workflow. Take initiative and think outside the box to create innovative solutions. Maintain an understanding of the latest technologies and architecture principles. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Communicate effectively with other members of the engineering team. Troubleshoot and debug software applications when necessary.
