Taco Bell is looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to support loyalty growth goals by focusing on key performance measures of acquisition, activation, and user engagement.

Responsibilities

Support loyalty growth goals through program design, execution, and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on concepting, development, testing, and reporting
Build foundational knowledge of Taco Bell business model and loyalty category landscape
Manage and lead program inputs, updates, and executions
Develop recommendations to improve loyalty offer user experience and performance

Education

BA degree in related field, business degree preferred
