(Senior) Customer Success Manager

Your impact

As a Customer Success Manager in our team, you will play a key role in shaping our customer journey in order to provide the best possible product experience. Your tasks will span the entire product management cycle, from expert discussions in our sales process to onboarding new customers and expanding active customer relationships. You will work closely with our sales and product team to help us deliver value and ensure the long-term satisfaction of our customers.

Your tasks

  • You will proactively develop our customer portfolio and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will proactively manage potential challenges

  • You are able to identify customer-specific needs and organisational requirements by working out the right solutions together with our customers

  • You organise the onboarding of customers by conducting workshops, training and implementation plans (on-site) together with our customers

  • You have a deep understanding of our customers' needs to drive improvements to our product, maximise value for our customers and support the sales team

  • You will analyse data on product usage and adoption to gain insights into customer needs and respond accordingly as well as troubleshoot issues

Your profile

Now you may wonder what experiences and skills you need for this role. We believe that problem-solving, creativity, and drive are more important than tools that can be picked up. However, the following references will give a guideline of what experiences we think might be helpful.

  • You are motivated to build something from the ground up and don't hesitate to work hands-on

  • You have good written and personal communication skills in the German language

  • You enjoy talking to customers, building relationships with them and working diligently so that customers can rely on you

  • You have experience with SaaS, customer success and/or are interested in the industrial sector
